Ok, I admit, I'm no cook. I graduated in Family and Consumer Science Education, and even taught foods for a while, but I've never really enjoyed cooking routinely at home. I'm loving it lately. I think the secret to loving it for me is not worrying about the amount of butter I'm consuming, ha! Soups have been my favorite meals lately, but my favorite desert I've made in ages? Sticky Buns. I didn't really know there was a difference between a sticky bun and a cinnamon roll. Until recently, I just classified them as sticky cinnamon rolls or frosted ones. (I know, embarrassing). So if you're in a mood for some stickyness, the recipe for this caramel topping is TOO DIE FOR, and very simple! Honestly addictive.
FROSTING:
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' (10X) sugar1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
